Course contents

The course covers fundamental knowledge within network technology for IoT and industrial communication. Starting by looking at existing techniques we then progress to modern wired and wireless technique for communication, localization, and posititioning. During the course, we carry out practical exercises around different communication technologies to reach a deeper understanding. The course also includes on-line programming of industrial robots to get familiar to industrial applications. In the end, each student carry out their own study to be presented in the final poster session.
