Course contents
The course provides students the opportunity to assist in research projects and environments, gaining practical experience of research through participating in a research project as part of a research team. Integrating theory with practical experience, the student applies their academic learning in a “real world setting” to develop new knowledge, skills, and competencies. In this course, students carry out basic research tasks such as literature studies, data collection, project reporting as well as observations of and guidance/supervision from senior researchers. Furthermore, the students will be introduced to different communication methods and strategies, as well as learn how to effectively present research results.
The curricular focus of the course is peer to peer learning, learning by doing, and reflecting on one's own learning through portfolio/logbook.
